Terms & Conditions of 71ph

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 71ph ("71ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 71ph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at 71ph.net and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a 71ph account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are not accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. 71ph is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from your access to the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 71ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 71ph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the individual permanently banned from the Platform.

2.4 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update your account information promptly if any details change. 71ph may require you to verify your identity, address, and payment methods at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations under PAGCOR regulations. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 71ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 71ph will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify 71ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. 71ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your 71ph account — is prohibited. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized that activity.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

71ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Available payment methods may change from time to time at 71ph's discretion.

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 71ph reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to suspend accounts where third-party funding is detected.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your 71ph account. 71ph does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. 71ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; GCash and PayMaya withdrawals typically process within minutes to a few hours, while bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. 71ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 71ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment providers in connection with transactions on the Platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

71ph may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

Bonuses are credited to your 71ph account in bonus credit form and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly.

71ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic wagering patterns designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game available on the 71ph Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms shall govern all account, financial, and conduct-related matters.

All random number generator (RNG) based games on 71ph use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and regularly audited. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time and are subject to the same fairness standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 71ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's account. 71ph's decision on technical disputes is final.

Bets placed in error by the player — including incorrect stake amounts or game selections — are the player's responsibility. 71ph is not obligated to void or reverse bets placed in error once a game round has commenced.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error must be reported and will be voided;
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 71ph staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 71ph Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements — is the property of 71ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 71ph Platform without prior written consent from 71ph. Unauthorized use of 71ph intellectual property may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 71ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if 71ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

71ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 71ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

71ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are suitable for accessing the Platform.

11. Amendments to These Terms

71ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 71ph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 71ph support.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 71ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

71ph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints after exhausting 71ph's internal dispute resolution process may escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
